Description
Zillow set out to make 2024 a year of scale for the rentals business. Building on the success of the previous year's creative, the strategy aimed to bring a human element into play, pairing renter personas with recognizable in-app UI elements to highlight the immersive experience of our beloved products. The set of animated spots highlight how Zillow's tools help you find your perfect apartment, wherever you are.
We partnered with the team at Imaginary Forces to bring the vibrant, millennial-focused campaign to life with a 2 day live-action shoot and an extensive post-production process, marrying the on set footage with detailed 3D animated environments.
The 360 campaign featured 120+ assets across OLV, CTV, radio, digital and social, shattering projected goals and increasing Zillow's national rentals business by 4x.
