Description

With the growing popularity of Zillow among millennial renters, our team crafted a 2023 rentals-specific campaign focused on multi-family buildings with plush amenities. For our renter audience, resort-like accomodations like pools, gyms, restaurants on site, and rooftop lounges are all just as important as the apartment unit itself. 

We partnered with the team at Imaginary Forces to create a world showcasing the kind of features apartment seekers are after. With local details and local lingo we contextualized this world for each market. We employed an integrated media approach with 70+ deliverables across TV, radio, OOH, digital and social.

In campaign markets, Zillow's rentals business grew 3x.
